I’ve been training consistently for 5–6 years, and I’ve been through more stages of my fitness journey than I can count. I’ve been overweight, I’ve been skinny, I’ve been scared of eating—trust me, if it exists, I’ve probably lived it. My journey hasn’t been perfect or linear. It’s had wins, but it’s been carried by far more failures, lessons, and resets along the way. I’m not here to sugar coat it—your fitness journey is a learning curve, and it will never be perfect. You’ll constantly be faced with ups and downs, physically and mentally. But it doesn’t have to be as difficult or overwhelming as people make it. My purpose on this earth is to help guide you through your fitness journey and make sure you move with purpose, not confusion or fear. I’m not special, I’m not gifted—I’m just consistent and willing to learn. Confidence does not come from my physique, it stems from proving to myself, every single day, that I can achieve higher than what my mind limits me to. I owe this to myself, and so do you. I love you fine shyt, we can do this!
